These are the terms and conditions 

Transit time from the warhouse to Jamaica.

Once your package arrives at our  warehouse and is processed, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for Standard and 1-2 business days for Premium to arrive in Jamaica and clear customs.  

 

Shipping schedule is as follows:  

- Air shipments: 2-3 times per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays)  

- Sea shipments: Once a week (Thursdays)  

Note: Shipping days may vary. In case of delays, we will notify customers promptly.

 

Sending invoices after purchase.

We must declare the contents and value of each package to Jamaica Customs. If invoices are not provided, your package may face delays, and customs officers may assign a higher value, increasing potential duties.  

 

Custom fees are rquired for invoices over $100USD

-To minimize or avoid customs duties, ensure your package’s declared value stays below $100 USD

Package collection

 

Storage Policy Update

-Bulky Packages or boxes valued at $100 USD or more, or any box Must be collected within 2 business days to avoid storage fees.  

- Lightweight Packages: Must be collected within 14 days of being ready for pickup/delivery.  

Storage Fees (applied daily, including holidays):

- Soft packages: 50 JMD per day  

- Bulky large boxes: 150 JMD per day  

 

Unclaimed Packages:  

- Packages uncollected for 20 days will be considered abandoned and may be auctioned.  

- Claimed packages left uncollected for a 30 may also be auctioned to recover freight and clearance costs.  

 

Invoice information MUST include

Yes, you must submit a complete invoice for each package. Your invoice should include:  

Tracking number 

Payment details

Description of items with a cost breakdown and Screen shot of the item listed on the sellers website.

 

 What happens if I fail to submit an invoice?

A complete invoice is mandatory for all shipments. Missing invoices may lead to:  

-Processing & Customs delays

- Return clearance fees (Even if packages are below $100)

- Non-release of packages until proper documentation is provided. 

 

A complete invoice must include:

1. Order number  

2. Tracking number screenshot (from seller/carrier)  

3. Item description with cost breakdown  

4. Checkout total (final amount paid)
